This browser or app isn't linked

Device setup is tied to the browser or installed app where it was completed — not magically to the whole phone, because cookies are petty little goblins.

Open your setup link directly in Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android, finish PIN setup, confirm Punch In works, then add it to your home screen.

If the browser works but the home-screen app icon does not, use the browser for now and notify your manager so they can send a fresh setup link.
